I lost my acknowledgement receipt. How can I get a duplicate receipt?

  • Acknowledgement receipt can be downloaded from the Venue website by providing the below details in case if it is booked online
    • Booking reference number
    • User Mobile number which is provided at booking of the Venue
  • In case booked through Post office, user can approach the Post office and can request for a duplicate copy by providing the below details:
    • Booking reference number
    • User Mobile number which is provided at booking of the Venue.

Amount debited but Venue not booked?

Amount will be credited back to customer account within 3-4 working days.

Venue occupation time.

Venue can be occupied as per the time mentioned in the Booking rules.

Venue vacating process.

Venue should be vacated as per the time mentioned in the Booking rules.

Venue cancellation policy.

For cancellation the marriage party should apply 15 days in advance of date of booking and 25% of the rental amount will be collected as cancellation charges and 75% rental charges will only be refunded. Other wise 100% of rental charges will be collected as cancellation charges.

Do I require Login to application?

No login is required to book the Venue User can directly navigate to below path and can book the Venue: Click on View Availability tab--> Check the Terms and Conditions and user will be navigated to booking screen.

How can I collect refund amount?

Refund amount can be collected at Post Office within 30 days after the function completion date.

How can I cancel booking?

Booking can be cancelled from the Venue website or at the Post office

Website Approach:
Need to provide the below details by clicking on the Cancellation tab from the Home screen.
